Here is one of the finished spreads. This one is in the center of the signature so the story relates to the image. Just to give an idea of the dimensions, the full sheet is 17.5″ x 11.5″.

More Struwwelpeter printing process
Since the transparencies have been coming out spotty, I’ve been painting them in with india ink. It works really well and I prefer it to the Super Black markers because the markers tend to sticky and cling to the screen, leaving residue behind.

TEN x TEN: Collaboration between Artists & Musicians
Ten Chicago printmakers chose their favorite Chicago musical artists and bands to each record an original song for a compilation. Each printmaker will create a 10″ x 10″, 3-color print inspired by the song they commissioned. The final package will feature a suite of ten fine art prints and a ten song compilation of exclusive tracks.

For this project, I teamed up with a very talented musician and artist in Chicago, Max Alexander. Here is a photo of *just* printed 300 completed two-color prints, drying:
