Sanya Glisic is an artist and designer, originally from Bosnia-Herzegovina. She has been the Artist-in-Residence at Chicago Printmakers Collaborative (2012), Spudnik Press Chicago (2010), and Marin Verbanov Residency (Bulgaria, 2007). Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including at the Kunstverket Galleri in Oslo, The Rubin Museum of Art in New York, Chicago Cultural Center, Chicago Printmakers Collaborative, and Hyde Park Art Center in Chicago. In addition, she has taught design and print courses at Columbia College Chicago, Lillstreet Art Center and CPC. She has created illustrations and covers for Penguin Books, Blue Moon Brewing, Facets, Chicago Reader, Millennium Park Foundation, Access Contemporary Music, Felt, and Seven Stories Press.
